Wow, we'd love to have either one of you come to Syracuse, NY--any chance of that? Between our local Co-op and the several groups working on local food/food justice issues there would be a ready audience.

Mary Beth and I are both happy to explore the possibility of a visit. She lives in West Virginia and I'm in Oregon. She's a registered dietician and master gardener, I'm a journalist and farmers' market shopper. So these are things to consider. But to get in touch with either of us, please feel free to drop me a note -- I'd be happy to get you in touch with Mary Beth.

Cheers -- Cathleen
